Refund Policy

Priority Pings is committed to ensuring quality interactions between Fans and Creators. This Refund Policy outlines eligibility criteria, request procedures, and timelines for disputed or unresponded-to Priority Pings (paid messages).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • A refund may be requested if a Creator fails to provide a substantive response within their stated response time window (as displayed on the Creator’s profile).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
  • Only Fans who legitimately paid for the Priority Ping are eligible; refunds on payment processor fees (e.g., PayPal or Stripe transaction fees) are at the Company’s discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@prioritypings.com, providing:
    • Your username and email address.
    • Date and amount of the Priority Ping payment.
    • Creator’s username and profile link.
    • Proof of no substantive reply (e.g., screenshot of conversation history).
  2. Our team will review your request and may reach out for additional details if needed.

4. Review & Response Time

  • We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Final decisions are communicated within 14 days of your request submission.
  • In cases involving disputed facts, we may extend review by up to an additional 7 days; you will be notified of any extension.

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your provider.

6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not provided for requests made after the 7-day eligibility window.
  • No refunds for partial or conversational replies; only unresponded-to Pings qualify.
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Service or system outages unrelated to Creator responses are not grounds for refund.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new Effective Date. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or site notice.
