We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. Usage logs are anonymized after 24 months. We implement technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular audits, to protect your data.

6. Privacy by Design & Default

We incorporate data protection principles—minimization, purpose limitation, and integrity—into our systems and practices by default to safeguard personal data from collection through deletion.

7. Cookies & Third-Party Tools

Our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy provide details on cookie usage and third-party services (e.g., PayPal, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter SDKs). Non-essential cookies require your opt-in consent before activation.

8. Supervisory Authority

If you believe we are not processing your data in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country or the lead supervisory authority in Ireland (for EU-wide matters).
